Returns or Exchanges

It is possible to return your item(s) up to 14 calendar days after receipt. Use the return form. The purchase price will be reimbursed as soon as possible (or in any case within 30 days) by means of a refund to the account number given in the form. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. In case of exchange, you will need to order the correct item again.

Your return shipment must meet these requirements:

• The completed return form must be enclosed.
• The returned goods must not have been used or worn.
• The returned goods must not show any signs of wear or damage.
• the goods returned must be packed in their original packaging

Shipping abroad

We also ship to addresses outside the Netherlands. For this we use the rates of DPD.
